Great product and easy to swallow
I take iron since I donate blood regularly and the iron complex is very helpful for me and reasonably priced. It's easy to swallow and the complex part helps you absorb the iron more effectively. If you take it with food, you won't have an issue, but if you take it on an empty stomach, it's hit or miss whether if gives you nausea as Iron supplements sometimes do.

Got my iron level up so fast.
I've been on iron for a year with no increase. After learning vitamin c helps your body absorb iron better I gave this a try and within a week my level was high enough to stop taking it.

Not as funky as some of the iron supplements I've used in the past. And while it's got a decent dosage, it's much gentler on my stomach.

Helps a lot… Sometimes I have a bigger needing have to take a second dose. Often have to use more vitamin C then is in the tablet. Nonetheless, it is quite a good choice.
