Take you time, this is a great product
I’m a carpenter by trade. With that said, the reviews had me pretty nervous about using this bc you get one shot at getting it right and it seemed there was some people that considered themselves good handyman and carpenters that were pretty defeated by this. I had no issues with the actual pieces and layout, It was very easy to put together and the results were amazing. Layout the wood pieces where you want them, make sure they’re square, make sure the corners are slightly touching, and then use a pencil to make a light line on the inside where each piece will lay. Remove all the pieces and one by one going counter clockwise remove the adhesive strip and lay the pieces back where your pencil marks are. Once you’ve done that, I would suggest trimming your corners to fit bc if you tuck the entire corner in, there will be quite a bit of material. Then start in a corner, with two of the pieces, peel the adhesive, and begin rolling the wood up and placing your staples (this is the only issue I have with this product, the staples are 1/16” to 1/8” too small, which is why I gave it four stars instead of five) but they work somewhat. Once you’ve got all your staples placed, add your corner boards with a finish hammer, tap them in and then you’re done. I used a stapler and went ahead and added staples down each of the back edges to add some strength on the hold and give it a cleaner look. All in all this is a really easy, really nice product. I’d definitely use it again.

Frame is not square, lengths are different... this will require you to modify with a saw
Could not get this to come out square... making this quite ugly when together if stretching a blank canvas. If you're stretching a canvas that's painted already then it becomes incredibly obvious how out of square it isThe sides and top are of different lengths and there is no method to adjust/forgive as they butt right up next to each other.the only good thing about this were the adhesion stickers which may help some attach a cavnas they don't need to stretch. If stretching, these actually make it harder as you fight the adhesion tickers to pull the canvas and staple it. My advice, pull just a tab off and leave the sticker un-exposed.. then staple, then come back and yank the tab out... or just don't use itHonestly, don't waste your $ on this product, you'll be cutting it down to size anyway so you might was well get a cheaper one.

Hard to fit
This frame was hard to put together. The corner braces kept popping out. Also because the frame is held to the canvas by a sticky tape like adhesive, there is not a lot of room for adjusting without peeling off the entire thing and starting again. I did like the hanging piece that came with it. I have used different frames that use tacks for other canvases.

Affordable and Looks Great, Long Shipping
I bought this to mount my diamond painting since almost all of them are manufactured in centimeters which makes buying frames really hard. This took about a week or two to arrive but it was in perfect condition. The instructions have pictures but the steps are little confusing at first. The canvas adheres to the wood frame with strong adhesive but I worry that it won't last over time. My canvas is a nontraditional synthetic type of material so it might not hold long-term.Regardless, after putting it together I really liked the outcome. It was hard to get this type of canvas to stay taut but I think overall, it looks great. At this price point I would probably buy again!

Cheaply made parts
Corner supports do not fit in the groove. Staples broke and bent. Pieces are different lengths. Not good!

Good value, does the job
We got some of these for use on some paint by number sets we wanted to mount. I definitely recommend mounting it before you paint. It was very forgiving of adjustments but none of them came out “perfect”. If you want something for a masterpiece, have it stretched professionally at a frame shop. This was sufficient for paint by number pieces we wanted to display in an activity room. Glorified fan art posters is the look we were going for. This price point fit the standard that we we’re going for. I bought 5 of these and would do it again for this purpose.
