I absolutely love this product. I like not having to microwave my food and it keeps me out of the community break room. The previous reviews I read were spot on with the length of time it takes to warm. Depending on how much I put in or how thick (meatballs) the food is I’m warming, I don’t think I ever let it warm less than an hour and sometimes an hour and a half to get it a bit warmer. As long as you know ahead of time you can plan for it. This does need to be washed out immediately after use as it does hold smells. If you can’t wash it right away, I would keep the lid off and bag them separately until you can wash it. I found its better for the metal warming plate if I use butter or coconut oil before placing my food in there so it doesn’t leave marks on the dish. Coating it works best. I’ve warmed cheeseburgers, meatballs and sauce, sweet potatoes, and a variety of leftovers. I have been using this five days a week since I purchased it and am very pleased with this product.

This is great...It heats well...actually gets hot which is great and I've no trouble with it at all. My son saw it and is thinking of getting one too.I also use it for heating up little moist lemon scented towels for a quick pick me up in the morning or afternoon by using the towels on my face. Very happy with this product.

easy to use and works great. note: this is a small electric appliance, so don't expect to bang it around or if you get the electrical part wet for it to survive. that being said; had one for several months and when it failed, bought another one.

The product is good but when i received the first box the silver wear on the side package was broken and i requested a new one and this one was broken as well. I’m literally not about to request another one but it’s annoying as crap because like i paid for it and it still came broken. Other then this being broken everything else was as expected

I bought this for my son who is driving around all day working. It warmed up a good sized portion of several types of food (soup, lasagna and stew) in less than 30 minutes and the food was really hot! Glad i bought this for him and would recommend it to anyone.

It's easy to use. It takes nearly 2-3hrs for it to fully heat up the contents otherwise you end up with room temp food. I use this item on a daily basis as I work 7 days a week and transition from an office setting to an on the road basis. I've had it for approximately 2-3 months and it started to malfunction. This is 1 use per day. Durability is a minus. Convenience 10/10. Compact design 8/10. If you follow instructions and ensure that the lid is IN PLACE you won't have an issue. I would've loved if it heated faster and would have lasted longer.

Lo compre con la idea que me ayudaría con mi lunch, pero solo los 2 primeros días calento mi comida bien, tomo 45 minutos pero la comida quedaba caliente, luego de eso he intentado calentar mi comida y ha sido imposible, lo he dejado por 1 hora y media y solo alcanza a tibiar la parte de abajo de la comida, la verdad no es muy bueno para su costo ya que pague más de 36 dólares por esto...... muy decepcionado !!!!

Although it does time time to heat up the food, if you plan ahead and have to travel or work out of your vehicle, this makes a nice hot meal.

I love how well this works. I got this for my husband. He works outdoors all day. Nothing like a warm meal to warm you up.Only complaint is the lid sucks. Hard to latch if not lined up just right. And all the grooves in the lid makes it annoying to clean.And Don't forget to stir your food. There are hot spots so if it's not a soup, it may not heat evenly.Aside for the little issues, it works as advertised. Large portion of soup needs more time than the typical 30 mins to heat.Thank you 😊All his co-workers are jealous of his hot meals on these cooler Canadian Fall days...

UPDATED REVIEW FOLLOWED BY ORIGINAL REVIEW: 1. After only 6 weeks half of this thing stopped heating my food. Half warms food and the other half stays cold. Unless the company contacts me with a replacement this review stays. DO NOT BUY!!!!! (here is my original review)------>As other reviewers have said the seal on this sucks. If you are putting anything soupy into this and don't keep it level it is going to leak. So why did I give it 4 stars? Because it works. It takes about 1.5 hours for the food to heat to the point where you have to blow on it so you don't burn your mouth. I ended up buying some aluminum food containers (from Amazon) that I put my meals into the night before which I then put into the unit. Doing this makes for easy clean up and also leaves room for a buttered English muffin which ends up being warm and moist. The unit itself is made from cheap plastic as all electric lunch boxes in this price range are made from but it wasn't a deal breaker for me. The aluminum containers I bought (which at first I thought were too small but ended up being the perfect size for lunch) are "[100 Pack] Rectangular 1 lb 16 oz Pint 6 x 5 x 2" Disposable Aluminum Foil Pan Take Out Food Containers with Flat Board Lids, Hot Cold Freezer Safe". It takes time for the food to heat up BUT it does work. I hope this review helped you out. I ended up buying an extension cord from the dollar store.

Part of the lid broke the second time I used it. It’s like the lid wasn’t made for the base, it doesn’t fit on properly. But heats up the food okay.. takes around an hour to hear anything up though.

When, due to Covid, the office stopped use of fridges, microwave, I had to find an electric lunch box. I found this a bit of light plastic quality but the stainless steel container is of a very good quality. It is bigger and takes a while to heat the food. I warm the food in microwave before packaging to bring it at the room temperature. The cold food from fridge will take longer to warm up.I plug it in about an hour before lunchtime.Seeing me, many other staffers bought the same item. Very happy with it.
