Very surprised at immediate effect effect
I don't like the taste of apple cider vinegar but wanted to try these to help with reflux. They taste really nice. For 8 weeks I've been struggling with awful reflux, sinus issues and tinnitus. Day 1 I took 3x gummies. I had no reflux that night. Felt less bloated. Sinuses felt clearer and no tinnitus. Day 2 took another 3. Again no reflux and sinuses are almost clear. I'm ditching the lansoprasol and nasal spray! I also feel like I have more energy. I don't think they'd have worked so quickly for that but I've definitely slept better due to no reflux.

These taste incredible and are really fun to take each day but considering that apple cider vinegar is mostly used for weight loss, I’m not sure if them being so high in sugar is helpful

Shocked!
Did not think these would do anything, thought I'll try these and probably not buy them again! My snacking was so bad and the need to snack between meals was stopping me from sticking to calories! Instantly they have stopped me even thinking about snacking, my bloating has reduced + getting better every day (it's been 5 days) I have lost weight and feel like I can now stick to my calories without feeling hungry or craving anything in-between meals! Would defo recommend!

Strong Vinegar flavour
I wanted to try apple cider vinegar, and chose this because of the reviews said the flavour wasn’t strong- more like an apple juice. I found the vinegar flavour/scent too powerful and haven’t been able to finish the bottle. I can’t stand vinegar so it’s just a preference, I haven’t been able to try it long enough to see whether it’s effective.I love yumi gummies and normally they have great flavours. If you don’t mind vinegar you may like this one.
