Good
I am giving 4 stars because the size is slightly smaller than the picture shown in the site. Installation was pretty simple and easy . I have the head facing straight in park mode. The only disappointment is the size.

Nice upgrade to interior - 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn
Popped off the black plastic cover easily with a pocket knife. Took a minute to carefully peel off plastic backing. Cover slight smaller than original but only noticeable if you look closely. I cleaned surface with alcohol and it sticks very well. Very happy with it especially given the price.

Looks good and easy to install I decided to remove the black cap that was on it with a utility knife and put the ram logo cap on it.
