Mixed reviews: fan/rgb not working and poor tech support
Mixed reviews: Computer is great, runs Minecraft at 500 fps. No problems with booting up but 2 of 4 fans arrived with no rgb. They did send 1 replacement fan. Tech support has some flaws and now we are faced with having to decide whether to return entire computer or pay out-of-pocket to fix fans at local computer shop.

tech support is super effective! noise level can be distracting though but good beginner PC!
the pc itself is good (better than what i expected for the $600 price point i got it as) and the tech support was super understanding and quick with communications when i was missing my wifi adapter! the pc runs well but cant run high spec games with lots of players in the same area like apex well, i experience a lot of crashing when it comes to games like apex or kf2. it can run other games pretty well though and the delay isn’t much otherwise i wouldn’t be able to play my rhythm games! only down side is how loud the pc is, i can hear the fans through my headset whenever i play active games and even when i just watch a movie through my mini tv thats hooked up to it it’s pretty distracting. but otherwise 10/10! i’ve had the pc since august 2021 and as of writing its october 2021. 2 months i’ve been with it only, so once i spend some more time with it i’ll update this review!

It is okay
I have had the PC for about a month now, and I would say that it is running great. I haven't had the blue screen of death yet, and it is okay for running games. Obviously, be cautious when buying this. It is not the most powerful "gaming pc" because of the graphics card. If you are an avid gamer, don't buy this pc, or upgrade it with a better graphics card. (I am thinking of doing this, but I am not sure if a gtx 1650 would be compatible. If you know, please tell me).Pros: Runs most games well. Mine hasn't had any problems so far. Wasn't damaged in the mail. Also, arrived a week early. A lot of storage. No noise.Cons: Not super powerful (not meant for extreme gaming). It can be hard to set up, and my Wi-Fi dongle did not work at first (but I kept re-plugging it in, and it eventually started to work). Some features for Windows do not work. Ex. the xbox capture system. Because the graphics card is outdated, I cannot use the xbox game bar to record clips.Games:In Minecraft, I get around 70 frames per second, using medium settings.Fortnite: I get around 90 frames on medium and low settings.Rocket League: 60 framesApex: Around 70 frames on lower settingsOverall, it is great for what I am using it for. This is a good starter gaming pc, but it is not meant for competitive gaming.

Great PC, Support is non existant.
PC works great. I ran into a little problem in that the pc won't shut off. Went online, sat and waited, and waited and waited, nothing, not even an e-mail. That said, for the money, a GREAT PC. I would still get another one if I needed one.

Terrible Value (even for "budget PC") and Service - Don't waste your money
I purchased this product for my kid to game and use for school (online given Covid). I based my decision on the product description which was technically accurate but misleading. The motherboard this unit ships with is terrible, old and lacks basic functionality that would be included on a $50 motherboard today. Outside of the CPU and GPU, all the rest of the hardware is terrible. Even the case fans are very low quality. All of this is even considering that this is intended to be a "budget" PC.When we received the computer, it was defective. The fan will run full speed for hours even when the computer is idle (i.e. on but no meaningful activity). Plus the computer randomly wakes up after being put into sleep mode (yes, bright RGB lights in my kid's room in the middle of the night).SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. I contacted the seller customer support. They refused to even try to troubleshoot the issues. They simply said send it back for an exchange. This is fine but my kid uses the computer for school. It's the only computer in the house. We aren't rich. Most companies would send a replacement then allow the customer to send back the defective unit. If the customer doesn't send it back, then the customer is charged for the replacement. This company however refused to do that and expects the customer to bare the burden.Even if not for the terrible service, this is not worth the money at all. There are better pre-built computer companies out there (e.g. NZXT).

Great Entry/Lower Mid PC
Owned this PC for around 3 weeks now, had no issues and the PC took me about 20 minutes to set up. I’m able to run all my games between 80-100 FPS with no issues with gameplay. Great deal for the price.
