Bought this as I thought it would a healthy addition to my Covid lockdown diet. Should have read the ingredients.It's a WHOPPING 10% SALT. So if you buy it ,use it sparingly and don't add any salt.

Use mostly in casseroles and similar dishes. I used to cut the dried to halves into pieces. No Longer!Just tip into the casserole dish for added flavour.
