Excellent pain reliever, reduces inflammation
I use this for muscle pain and inflammation. It works for me. After a workout, I use this to help relieve the soreness, it reduces pain withn minutes. I also use it in foot and leg pain from neuromas, plantar fasciitis, and ankle sprains.
