Does this work for the Polar Vantage M2 model?

Yes, I have it on a Vantage M2, and it fits fine.

Will it fit a polar vantage V2?

I have Vantage M, and I believe they are same 1.2” display so it should fit the V2. (Side note- these have worked great. Still using the first one I put on, over a year later.)

Can screen be removed once applied?

Yes screen can be peeled off. I already am on my 3rd screen. The first 2 broke from trauma and protected my watch.
