I initially bought this product to help me get back into Keto, but I had to undergo a few challenges before it finally took effect on my body. I used to not exert effort on my diet and workouts while taking these but when I leveled up my physical activities; this is where I was able to maximize the use of this product. I think this supplement is not fit for everyone because it depends on the person’s way of managing their diet. I have some friends who are using this but it did not work for them because they don’t have the time to prioritize in fitness unlike others so this did not give the full results that they wanted.

To be completely fair in this review, I appreciate that this did not have harsh side effects on me, considering that I have a very sensitive taste and stomach so it is safe to assume that this is very neutral for most people who want to give this a try. Ihave only used this for one week and a half but I haven’t witnessed the product’s full potential yet because I can still see my belly fat. But I love the fact that this gave me a little energy boost for my workouts. I will wait for a few weeks and see if any positive changes will come along the way.

Well... The problem is - I've always struggled with my weight. Since I can remember... Diets and exercise never really worked for me. I was never comfortable with my appearance and I was desperate...
