What a Beast!
Bought this thing as an upgrade for my Forest River Shasta Oasis 21CK. Quickly goes up and down. Quiet and the remotes are cool. I couldn't say about installation ease, I paid somebody to do it cuz I'm a chic. Lol!

Great upgrade!
A power jack is one thing. A power jack with a remote is on another level! I had one of these on a previous camper. We replaced that camper with a bigger TT that came with a non-remote power jack. A power jack is much better than a hand crank jack, however a power jack with a remote is something that I will do without no more. Makes hitching & uncoupling so much easier - especially if you by yourself. My 5-star rating is also taking into account the last jack I had - not just this new one recently purchased. I had my last Husky for 8 years and never once had an issue. I see no reason why this new one won't perform and last as good as the last one.

Customer service is good, product is not
I have this installed on a 30ft Airstream. First Jack failure began as the Jack would lower just enough to take a bit of weight off the truck and stop. Customer service thought the main board was the problem and promptly sent me another one. The second failure, the Jack began raising the trailer without pressing a button. The scare was that it was going to damage my trailer as the outriggers were down. I ran outside and hit the up down switch and it stopped. I lowered it to the original level and raised my rear outrigger. As I was Googling if anyone else had this issue it happened again. The remotes were turned off and sitting on a counter top. So I lowered back down and cut the power wire. I rigged a on/off switch and pulled the trailer home with power off. I checked forums and I wasn’t the only one that this happened to. Customer service replaced it again. I haven’t had this jack a full year and had two different issues. I cover the head unit during storage. So I would believe I take good care of it. My suggestion is not to purchase this jack. It almost damaged my trailer last time around. Steer clear of this unit.

Very nice jack
I bought this to replace the OEM jack that came with my 2007 travel trailer. The jack was easy to install and worked well for a month. It quit for some unknown reason but the warranty was very easy to use and they sent a new one in 2 days. The new one is working well.

Overkill? No way!
Let's be careful out there. This *5,000Lb* elec. jack arrived in good condition and works as advertised. Normally I'd give 3-stars for meeting expectations but the price and jack design (bearing screw) are just too-good. Heads up though, you will need to 'carefully' check your installation requirements. After careful review, I knew I needed a pro install and bought the jack anyway after consulting with my metal-fab buddy. With a 5,000Lb jack, don't assume you have a hand-crank jack that is simply bolted into a hole in the trailer ball mount. You likely have a welded jack and no hole to work with. Trailer mfg's say 10%-15% of total loaded trailer weight (GVWR) is a gage for tongue and jack weight. Be careful, I use 50% GVWR to estimate jack capability and still worry. Example: My 2016 Tundra has a bumper tow weight limit of 10,000Lbs (light truck). I have a 12,000Lb GVWR enclosed trailer for my airplane and gear. This 5,000Lb Husky jack is just right; 10,000Lb truck limit x 0.5 = 5,000Lbs jack capability. Overkill? No way! Try using your 150lb jack on a slope on the side of the road in a snow storm with that 10,000Lb trailer. Someone's gonna get hurt. I bought my metal-fab buddy a case of beer for an awesome job that left my 7,000Lb hand crank in place as a backup. And, I drank half his beer!

Easy Install
We just purchased and installed the jack on a 32 ft Jayco travel trailer. The only complaint I would have is there was No eyelet provided for the electrical connection to the battery. I was lucky enough to have one laying around, so no big deal. Buyer be warned if you plan to hook directly to the battery, make sure you have a large eyelet to complete the install. Jack is extremely powerful and the remotes are a really nice touch. Easy to level trailer to the kitchen countertops in the trailer while using the remotes. Nothing about this thing is lite. Fit and finish is good. Led light, light up the hitch area pretty well also. Over all we are satisfied with the purchase. Only time will tell if it holds up for the long hall.

This jack is great!
This was easy to install. I was a bit apprehensive about doing it myself but watched a girl on YouTube do it. Just finished and I couldn't be happier as I had to beat my previous one into submission to get it to work or sometimes crank it manually. The reset switch was a bit of a pain to figure out where to put it but I bought a small Tupperware container and drilled holes for the button and both leads and for now its packed on top of the battery in the battery box. My battery box did not have enough room to install inside with the button in a convenient location. The remote control is the bomb and it even has a slide to cover the buttons so it doesn't activate the jack inadvertently.
