Benton's Goodbye Redness Centella Spot Cream is a slightly disappointing product for me. I have Rosacea, acne-prone, sensitive skin and this weird cream has some conflicting ingredients. First, I'll give you a little overview of the product. Benton's Goodbye Redness Centella Spot Cream retails for less than $13, as of this review, and comes in a tiny 0.5oz poly plastic tube. It comes safety sealed with a foil lip under the cap. It is weird. This treatment is a thick, odorless, pink-beige cream. Reminds me of a more viscous version of calamine lotion. Same pinkish color with good spreadability but terrible absorption. You have to labor to massage this stuff into the skin, even if you apply it sparingly to a troublespot. I applied this to my chin, which is a problem area for me, and it took a while to get it to melt in. Left the skin matte (not dry) though, which is a bonus. I'm really surprised it is odorless because the cream has both tea tree leaf oil and peppermint. While I can see the benefits of tea tree oil (antifungal, antibacterial), peppermint oil is not ideal for those with super sensitive skin. For me, it causes more problems than it solves. Instead of lessening the redness and inflammation, it causes flares (for me).

I misunderstood and thought this is for someone who have redness like rosacea but it is actually for acne redness. My bad! I tried it on my small pimple and it made my pimple smaller next day but made my skin a bit too dry. Though you just apply where you have pimple and not entire face so dryness is not a big of the deal. It’s great to keep in hand!

This spot cream is great for those occasional breakouts that ruin your special event. It dries out the pimple, and helps make skin clearer, faster, which is awesome! The smell is minimal considering it has tea tree oil in it, which usually stinks up my whole house, but is a good ingredient to have. This product soothes skin, and when used as a spot treatment, at least, is highly effective, and doesn’t irritate sensitive skin like mine. I can’t tell you what a full face worth would do, but it says spot cream, and that is how we are using it. It works better on acne than mighty patches! We are sold!!! I’d purchase this product after it runs out! It’s worth the $. 5 stars! I hope my review is helpful :).

This helps skin heal. It can be used on spots, or on the whole face. Nice to have something deal with the redness of pimples.

I like to use this to spot treat emerging acne as well as mosquito bites. It does not make my skin extra flaky around trouble spots when I use it, and I can even get it to blend in with my fair skin by tapping it lightly on trouble spots. It works and looks like calamine lotion--not sure it's much more than that.

This stuff is magic! It instantly removes the redness of acne as soon as you apply it. I've only used this to spot treat (mostly as I'm trying to conserve the small tube) but it's perfect for applying to red angry breakouts to help camouflage them and instantly tone down the red without masking it with makeup to the area. I always reach for this now so I can keep skin my clean and breathing, while being healed by the soothing ingredients. A must for the acne-prone!

En mi caso he visto mejoras desde la segunda aplicación, quita rojeces y ayuda a eliminar los granitos

Disminuye bastante la rojez y la inflamación, lo único malo es que hay que usarlo en casa o de noche, porque no se absorbe del todo y quedan residuos rosas/blancos. Pero el resultado es estupendo

De lo mejor q he probado para granitos ocasionales. Lo pones por la noche, es una pasta de color rosa, lo dejas actuar y al dia siguiente está mucho menos inflamado y menos rojo y visible el granito. Muy recomendable.
