I really like this piece of equipment. Granted I could just do the "Fish" pose in yoga this replicates and just use a yoga block to hold my back up. Both methods are good but this method gives a longer more gradual curve.I would recommend starting small (1st setting) and for small time periods at first ( 5 or 10 mins max). Then I would gradually build up over a period of several weeks (maybe going up a setting in the second week and then again in the fourth week) You may find the highest setting too high depending on your issues. For me it works great and is the best one for me. If your head ends up hanging backwards don't allow any strain on your neck. Put a pillow to rest your head on . It isn't cheating. It's necessary to the full benefit of the exercise.I have problems in my thorasic spine and this equipment is ideal for this problem. It can also help with the more common lumbar ( lower back) problems depending on how you position it.I am very happy with this purchase and it has really helped reduce my pain levels already.

It’s easy to use but if you have it on a higher setting for a while and don’t move it back to the lower one it doesn’t sit back in very well. In terms of pain, I bought this in desperation as my back pain seems to be getting worse. I’ve not seen any improvement yet but I’ll keep persisting. Leaflet is poorly written.

Having a weaker left arm meant I struggled a bit to assemble this because it's VERY sturdy though, with patience, I was able to eventually. But once I got it into position and started off with the slow-paced 5 minute daily stretch, I was totally amazed to find my back not only stronger but feeling less pain only after 3 days! I also was able to lift myself using just waist muscles (sit-up). As such, I cannot wait until I'm at the 20 minute daily stage as I know this will be so much more beneficial at not only strengthening my back, but realigning the spinal column and waist muscles to have me sit up straight without the need to want to hunch. Next week I'm on to the 10 minutes daily stretch, followed by a week of the 15 minute stretch and already look forward to the peace of each time I take to do this. I reckon it requires a commitment, but shouldn't be a problem.I also place it behind me when in my computer chair to train me to sit up straight by leaning back on it every now and then when muscles get a tad tired. LOVE THIS GADGET!!!

Although it wasn't easy to get the top bit into the slot, I did find after I had laid on it my back felt better. Did this for three days, then it just snapped. I am under 10 stone, so feel the materials it was made from, not sturdy enough. So for me a waste of money.

I used to wake everyday unable to function without first taking a scolding hot bath, even after that it was still fairly bad. I had been to the doctor and had physio, I done the recommended stretches everyday for months and months, some days it would feel better but then it would be crippling no longer than a week later.I use this item daily, I now no longer wake with crippling back pain and tightness. I find warming my back and using it, then keeping a hot compress or staying in a hot bath after use gave me best results, I've used it for about 4 months now and it's worked better than anything else recommended to me.I started using on lowest level and worked my way up, it only took me a couple of weeks to move to full extention and now I adjust accordingly to how my back is feeling. If you can get a physio massage after, I'd recommend that too...

I got this over two years ago and it’s come in so handy! I usually just use this when my back is super stiff or when I’m just feeling very slouchy.I have it on the highest setting and lie back onto it - the key is to breath in deeply and really try and relax your back as you exhale.Once fully relaxed I’ll get a good crack or two out of my back and I’m good to go for another while!

the way it had been packaged meant the foam cushion is completely flattened in certain areas. i have tried plumping it back up but in some areas it is squished as flat as paper. the rest of the it is fine but because it is hard plastic it is extremely uncomfortable to use without the foam - and so it is essentially unusable for me. i am aware this isnt the products fault but still very disappointed.

What a great quality, I use it to stretching my back every day, and few days ago I was Injured myself,so I also use it to help my back pain, have to say, it did help a lot!And is really easy to set up and use it, it can even help to do exercises, and the massage node helps to relieve stress from the back, so comfortable, just so many things I love about this, Highly recommended!

Il prodotto funziona bene, utilizzato per dare un po' di sollievo alla schiena. Già nel primo scatto di curvatura, utilizzato a letto, permette di sciogliere qualche contrattura e dà sollievo. Da non sostituire al lavoro di professionisti come fisioterapisti ed osteopati, ma un aiuto a casa.
