One minute to assemble, lifetime of solid lifting, excellent!
It's absolutely incredible that you get a full size solid metal dolly at this price including shipping. It's sturdy, heavy, feels like it will last a lifetime. The axle receivers on the back of my dolly were bent out of alignment by drops in shipping, so I couldn't get the axle in without bending them back, but I forgive everything for what an amazing piece of kit you get for this price. The tires are big and soft which helps absorb bumps and roll well on gravel. Overall a great item. Assembly just involves putting on the axle and wheels which is a one minute job if yours isn't banged up in shipping.

Nice Dolly
As others have said, the packaging was mostly shrink wrap that was a little torn up upon delivery. That said, this appears to be a very strong hand truck. Easy to put together with very little in terms of damage from shipping. A couple little scratches. But for $45, on sale from $60. And much cheaper than a comparable handtruck at Lowe's or Home Depot, well worth, a minor scratch. Not that it's going to not get scratched ever. Lol.And of course, the tires did not have much air when they arrived, but I filled them up to 30 psi just fine. And I don't expect them to be shipped full of air either.

Sturdy, robust steel hand truck... with missing parts
I would have been happy to give this product five stars, except that it arrived with no cotter pins for the wheels. Many other reviewers have reported exactly the same issue, going back as far as June 2021. This was not a problem for me, as I have plenty of cotter pins in my workshop, but still, a complaint as common as this one, for as long as this one has been reported on Amazon, should have been fixed a long time ago by the seller. The seller is just shooting themselves in the foot by not addressing this issue: They're receiving reduced ratings from buyers for the cost of a pair of cotter pins (a few cents). In my case, the reason the cotter pins were missing was obvious: The unit came shipped without a box, simply encased in shrink-wrap plastic. The cotter pins appear to have been held inside a little "pouch" made of the same shrink-wrap plastic, that was wrapped around one of the side members of the hand truck. But by the time I received it, with all the jostling during shipment, that little pouch was torn at the bottom and the cotter pins probably just fell out. My guess is they're probably rattling around on the floor of the FedEx truck in which the unit was delivered.Functionally, other than the missing cotter pins, it's a very nice hand truck, and a good value for the money at the price I paid ($49 in October, 2023): Sturdy all-steel construction, good weld quality, pneumatic wheels (10" diameter, as advertised) and nice hard epoxy finish. If the seller had fixed the "lost cotter pins" issue two years ago (when it was first reported here on Amazon) I'd definitely have given it 5 stars.

One of the lucky ones I guess
Dispelling a few myths here. This is sold via a third party, not Amazon, so therefore they use a third party shipper, FedEx, which is notorious for damaging packages for reasons I won’t expound upon here. So right off the bat, you’re betting that FedEx won’t bend this up along the way.The likelihood of damage in transit is increased due to the hand truck just being shrink wrapped. The tires are tied in near the bottom rung so a heavy impact there is likely what causes the bend you see in other reviews. By the time it got here, mine had the shrink wrap torn away on the axle points in back and one of the front lip corners. The front lip is only protected by a small folded piece of cardboard. Despite that, mine only had a couple small scratches/dings, barely noticeable, on the upper handle.Next up is the cotter pin/missing hardware situation. Mine came with the four washers and two cotter pins zip-tied to the axle which was then shrink-wrapped to one of the posts. No missing hardware. I’m not sure if the practice here changed to avoid lost hardware as reported in other reviews. I would think if the zip tie breaks then you’d lose all the hardware not just one cotter pin given the shrink wrapping.Lastly, regarding functionality, I am pleased to say I used this to move quite a few pieces of furniture on to a new epoxy floor to avoid any scuffing or scratching and it performed very well. While I did not move anything near the rated 600lbs, I did move several large items with great successs. Great for your residential needs for sure.In closing, you’re getting a pretty decent hand truck for ~$60 *shipped* from a non-Prime reseller. You can’t sniff another one on Amazon for anywhere near that price, Prime or not, let alone one with pneumatic wheels. If you’re lucky enough to get it through transit undamaged, you’ll be happy with the product at this price point.

Excellent Product
I read the reviews before buying this dolly and almost didn't buy it. Let me tell you it was packaged very well, and all the parts were included. There were no bends scrapes or scratches. It was perfect! Easy to put together and very well made. It should last many years with a little care. If you're on the fence buy it!

Great Price - Well Made
The wheels go on the axle, molded long stem of wheel goes inside - two washers on the outside of the wheels - put carter pins in drilled holes to hold wheels on - bend pins back clear of tire air valve stems to lock onto axel...

The Company needs to include instructions on Cotter Pin Installation
First of all, all parts were there and it is very sturdy. However, there were no instructions on how to place the cotter pins properly. I have never used them and looked on reviews to try to see how they did it. I found only 1 YouTube excellent video on how to properly use a cotter pin. The video is called “How to Properly Install a Suspension Cotter Pin (1of 2)” on YouTube. Super simple and impassioned as instructor said he’s rarely seen them properly installed. While he didn’t use a hand truck, what he used answered the how to do it and it worked wonderfully. I wouldHave given it a 5 but they failed to give we novices instructions.
