Worst product design of the century
Horribly designed. Once clipped on, the cloth can never be taken off. There’s no instructions at all on how to set up the product. I can’t even tell which side should be facing toward me. Besides, the socket of this brand only works for its own, so if you need an extension pole you have to buy from them instead of using an universal one.

Missing a clip I need the clip to use this thing so it's basically worthless to me but I've seen them work before and it's a good product that has everything it needs I am hoping for someone to send me a clip

Fell apart on the first use, JUNK
On my first set of windows the string holding the mop to the squeegee unraveled and feel apart. To expensive to be such junk. Bought it over the winter and now pay return date, live and learn.
