If you're low in vitamin d in calcium this product will get you back on track and a short amount of time I highly recommend it

Great product
A great supplement from a brand I trust. If you have a low blood level of D3 and need to take a supplement for that and calcium, it works well. My lab results have shown that I have optimal levels of Vitamin D3 since I’ve been taking the supplement along with my regular multiple vitamins. Just be sure to have your Vitamin D3 level checked in a lab test to ensure that you aren’t overdosing on Vitamin D3. D3 in excess is toxic.

Unfortunately the price as been going up slowly. Caltrate is a good product.

I couldn't take them
I'm not sure how well these work, considering I couldn't take them. They made my heart race so fast (I have SVT). The pills are pretty big too.
