Best if you take them for workouts or to get through a long workday. I’ve been looking for a natural way to increase my stamina during my morning runs, and these beet root pills have been a game-changer. Great vitamin
These definitely helped my blood flow after a while of taking them, also didn't hurt my stomach or have any adverse effects on my body. Capsules are a little big but if you take vitamins you should be used to it !

Good value for your money
I was so happy when i saw how big the bottle was n how many came in it, 220 capsules and 2000 mg and it was on sale 9.99 woohoo! It didnt hurt my stomach at all, it gave me energy and my brian is on, I will be getting this product again

Seems to be working
Seems to be working. I have only been on these for a week now but it seems to help. I am alternating between my blood pressure medication and these because I was having side affects from my medication. And now they have eased up. Will talk to my cardiologist in a couple of weeks and see if he’s ok with it. I’d like to just talk these and skip my medication. We will see. I have a stent.
