I have a surgery and was left with internal scarring so I reviewed alternative treatments and research some literature so I decided to take this homeopathic medication on different strengths/ no side effects/ this medicine is a derivative of mustard seeds

Love this stuff! Been using it to improve acne scarring. 30days on 30 days off.For the reviewers saying it didn’t help their tinnitus...you took the wrong dose, you’d need a 30c to help an acute problem like that. This is gentle medicine.

It did nothing to improve ringing in my ears. I discovered my tinnitus was due to iron deficiency. My iron levels are now good and the tinnitus is gone.

Works when I use it :-) Recommended by holistic practitioner. Only difficulty is getting the small tabs out of the containers.

The product deserves a FIVE STAR rating because there's nothing wrong with the product; the product will work EVERY TIME if it is properly prescribed by a professional who is treating a PERSON who needs THIS (or any other) PARTICULAR remedy.YOU CANNOT TREAT A CONVENTIONALLY (MD) DEFINED DISEASE WITH HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES!!!i.e.: You cannot say "I have tinnitus, what homeopathic remedy should I take for that?"Homeopathic remedies do not work like that---they do not work like drugs they are not and do not work like herbs or nutritional supplements. Homeopathic remedies treat PEOPLE *NOT* DISEASE(S) and are prepared in a unique fashion unlike any other substance. With proper, educated and informed homeopathic treatment and remedies, a PERSON can come more into health and then the dis-ease(s) they may have will therefore (automatically) subside.The person giving this product a 1 star rating obviously did not respond, and therefore obviously (to a homeopathically trained person) did not need Thiosinaminum even though Thiosinaminum may treat another person with a symptom like ringing in the ears. It was a wrong prescription not a wrong remedy. (You can think of it something like an MD prescribing an antibiotic for a virus... won't work, maybe dangerous.) Fortunately this person most probably took a 6x potency as that's what they are reviewing. No homeopathic remedy is totally "safe and effective" in the hands of a totally uneducated homeopathic layman, but 6x is a level of potency that is unlikely to cause any bad results even if misprescribed.No one should prescribe homeopathic remedies for themselves---or especially for others---without proper training, as homeopathy is a system of medicine that does not work like ANY OTHER conventional or even alternative forms of medicine (like MD's practice or like herbalists or acupuncturists practice.) Homeopathy is based on a TOTALLY different and little widely understood paradigm (quantum vs Newtonian physics) and therefore needs to be studied in and of itself; studied until it is really understood, and then used within the philosophy codified by Samuel Hahnemann in the late 1700's and early 1800's.Hahnemann did not "make" the system of homeopathy, as it's based on natural "laws" of physics, no more than Einstein "made" any of the laws he discovered... but like Einstein and all other authentic scientific discoverers, he observed and experimented; recorded, named and codified those laws into a form that we can all study and use ourselves today. I bought the product because I had read that it might help my tinnitus (ringing in the ear). It didn't do anything to help it. So I was disappointed.
