Buzz
I was a bit nervous to try this cable out because I kept reading mixed reviews. Unfortunately I have one of the buzzers. It's INSANE how loud the noise is.

Yeah, lots of buzzing.
Got it for the Yamaha THR30II, and like everyone says, it buzzes like hell. I guess I’ll just need to make sure the amp is charged when I play it.

Buzzing due to not being grounded, otherwise functions
The reports of buzzing are definitely accurate. I opened up the power supply (not recommended) and found that the grounding pin of the AC plug was bent straight up and didn't go into the PCB at all. Adding a grounding wire between the pin and the DC output wire resolved the buzzing. Definitely a design flaw, especially for something that's meant as a replacement for an electric guitar amplifier.
