Hard to figure out. Setting up the phone with SIM card was EASY. Instructions have a different watch on the picture. I got the watch set, through the app, but couldn't figure out how to make a call from the watch. Watch only shows Military time which is easy for me, but some adults can't figure it out, let alone a child!

I bought three for my kids. Setting up the watch is awful, tried to use speedtalk mobile and their customer service is so bad it's not worth just the 5 dollars per month, the instructions are vague. You can't insert the SIM card properly, it either won't go in, but it doesn't matter since the one that comes with the watch doesn't work. The quality is so bad and the 4 bit graphic images look like their made for a 2-3 year old, not an 8 year old kid. Spend money on a quality product and save yourself lots of frustration, hopefully this god awful company will be bankrupt soon and not sucker any more people.

Product has not worked since I purchased it. SpeedTalkMobile sent me a new SIM card and the smart watch still shows no service. SpeedTalkMobile confirmed the SIM card shows activation but the smart watch is just not showing signal and my son has not been able to use it. It was concluded the the issue is the watch and not the SIM card. The manufacturer is very difficult to get in contact with. I’ve sent emails and have made multiple calls and no response. Amazon customer service informed me the manufacturer would contact me and they still have not. I highly do not recommend this specific product.

Don’t waste your money on this. Where to begin? First off the most important aspect that I bought this for, the GPS tracking, does not work. It’s about a half mile off. Dont even know how that’s possible. The graphics the listing shows are not from this watch. This watch’s screen setup is clunky to say the least. It’s in military time and can’t be changed. There is no front facing camera as it says. It’s on the side and makes it almost impossible to take pictures. Even taking it off the picture quality is so bad you wouldn’t want to take anymore. Huge letdown. Cell coverage is in and out.

It fall apart so fast. The bands fell off and the call to my kids are choppy. We could not understand him. It is not even showing the right place where they are and updates in the map is so delayed and I could not chooses any other line to use except the speed. Now this watch is sitting somewhere in our junk drawer. So disappointing.

If I could give it NO stars I would. What a waste of money! Not easy to set up, runs only in military time or face clock! Comes with chip card but do not get reception on it. Terrible terrible watch even for kids!

We purchased this watch for my son for Christmas. We plugged it in, charged it, I got on Speedtalk because that is what the watch recommended and it does not work. It turns on but the app can't find the phone, it doesn't hold a charge (and we literally do nothing on it because we can't get it to sync to the app.) The watch is useless because you have to be able to sync it to the app on your phone and it won't sync.

I wa so excited to ge these fir my grandchildren and my daughter said the instructions aren't in English, so she hasn't been able to set it up. Very disappointed.
