My old 4 burner grill would light for a second and then go out. After research I believed the regulator was bad. There was no gas smell by the burner control knobs or anything. Tank was full.Ordered the replacement even though I could not find out if it was good for 2-3-4 burners. I installed in about 2 minutes. Fit perfect. Direct replacement.Now about the knob. It can supply a tremendous amount of pressure. I only have it set on about 3 PSI. It can go to 30. If I turn it up the flame gets pretty intense. But better to have too much than too little. Might be a bit much, in my opinion for a single or double burner. Would recommend.

This hose installed well, was nicely constructed, and had decent quality feel in the regulator. It just turns out that the 0-30psi gauge and regulator is absurd for a normal backyard LP grill.I don't know what most grills use but it must be about 1 psi. On first fire up I dialed it to 5psi and opened up the taps and WHOOOOSH that was a lot of flow. Dialed it back, back, back until the flames no longer lifted off the flame bar. 0.75 turns on the regulator, doesn't even register on the gauge.Now I figure that's on me, I bought the wrong product, but this is definitely not the right setup. Now I'm concerned that I'm gonna bump the regulator every time I install a new tank and I'm going to open up the taps and unleash a hellish inferno. It's just sooooo close to barely open that it doesn't seem like it's going to hold position well.Next time a regular no frills.low.prssure hose for me.

I got a 4 burner Blackstone griddle and was so excited to be able to sear steaks and burgers without losing any juices. The issue that I was running into was that it would never get hot enough to do what I wanted it to do. If it was a colder day or windy you could barely melt ice on the cooktop. After lots of research and talking to Blackstone I decided to ditch the factory supplied regulator and try this out. Let’s just say that even with the regulator on the lowest pressure setting and with the burners turned all the way down my cooktop gets hotter than it did with the old regulator and the burners turned all the way up. If you crank up the regulator and burners the thing sounds like a blowtorch. So glad I bought this and highly recommend for anyone frustrated and struggling with the issue that I was.

I missed the return window by a day. I just tried to use the regulator this morning on my smoker. The main connection threads ware machined poorly and it will not thread onto the burner making the product useless. It's poor quality control.

I use this to run propane to a whole house instant hot water heater, a furnace and a stove/oven. It works great!!

You cannot trust the gauge because the red knob does not turn the internal valve uniformly....

Everything was great, I like the feature of the gauge .
