I've been using these for about four years, they help my breathing problems and have a very pleasant taste. Worth trying if you suffer with any breathing problems. Not too expensive either.

Good for joint pain

Arrived on time. There is no heavy smell and though quite large pills they are easy to swallow. I am giving these 5 stars now, which is quite soon after buying them however..... it could be a coincidence but the injury to the back of my knee (playing with the grand kids on the trampoline) which happened a few months ago, has miraculously improved . The swelling at the back of my knee has reduced which has now reduced the knee cap pain. I was in a lot of pain then took these the first day they arrived. I am now on day 5. I no longer have to wear my knee brace all the time or take pain relief every 2 hours through the day. I am not saying my knee and ligaments are back to normal as yet but I truly believe these has made the massive turn around in their recovery and the reduction of the swelling causing other problems with the knee. I will definitely be ordering again

I think this is a good product but people need to be aware turmeric contains oxalates which cause kidney stones. I needed surgery to remove kidney stones 2 years after taking this

These are a good source of turmeric; I want this mix (black pepper & turmeric) bcoz I have ALOT of daily contact with a volume of people. I feel that I’m less ill than my other work colleagues bcoz of this supplement. I feel that being the oldest at wrk, & yet I don’t get ill as much as others is down to this. [ The capsules aren’t distasteful but they do need a drink to help swallow them.]

I added these turmeric supplements to my routine to help with achy joints and I’ve been really happy with how they’re working so far. I’ve noticed I’m feeling a bit more comfortable, especially in the mornings when I used to wake up feeling really stiff.They’re easy to take and haven’t upset my stomach or anything like that. I like that I’m adding something natural to support my joints and overall health.I’ve only been using them for a little while but I can definitely feel a difference. I’ll be keeping them as part of my daily routine for sure.
