LaserLine Direct ELEVATION Cut/Fill LENKER Grade Rod For Laser Level

Being able to read elevations directly off the rod is a big time saver and reduces math errors. The rod is fairly heavy, and only collapses to about 6 feet, so plan accordingly. Pricey, but if you use it much it's worth having. And remember you need to buy the detector bracket separately, but you will love how the friction clamp lets you easily adjust the height.

I see people on job sites all the time using a 2x4 or a stick with their receiver and I laugh at them, poor chaps, if only they knew what they are missing out on. If you're installing building forms, I understand using a stick, but if you are setting up curbs, sidewalks, or anything else, this rod is a must for transferring elevation grades or using the cut/fill aspect of the rod. There are even more advanced options to do with this rod if you're in grading and excavation with heavy equipment. Even if you are a small contractor with very small equipment working in backyards, this will help you keep water draining away from the house at whatever percentage you need, and patios nice and level along the house.

I gave this as a gift to one of my contractors. I used to have the older wooden style and that was awesome to use Back then. This one is just as awesome. The guys love this.

If you don’t have this style grade rod you gotta get with the times! Work never was so easy!

Use for setting forms height with laser detector. Excellent. Well built. Would buy again if I damage it.
