Great Book!
This is quite an unusual book with a unique concept. It introduces the major arcana cards of the Tarot. There are 22 chapters in the book, each chapter dedicated to one card, in their order. Each chapter introduces characters or events that represent the essence and the energy of the card. Everything that happens, the spirit of the events, or the spirit of the characters introduced, represents the card.The story really stays with you. Long after I have finished the book, whenever I do Tarot, and get a Major Arcana card, I remember the chapter of that book and it immediately gives me the flavor of the events. I am relatively new to the Tarot, so I think this book is great for people like me, in the way that it makes it easy to remember what the card stands for, all the angles and complexities of what it can represent, and the real essence.The story follows a set of characters, some of them appear only in one chapter, other characters undergo a journey through the whole book. The collection of characters is great. Not your typical cookie cut personas. All human, flawed and even when really troubled you can still find yourself rooting for them.Overall great book! I highly recommend!Now, Kooch, you have to write a book with all the 78 cards! :)

psychic discovery
what i enjoyed best about this novel was the fact that most, if not all, of the events were taken from the author's experience! Truth can be stranger than fiction! I enjoyed the story as a wild and crazy tale that stood on it's own, but I also really liked the fact that it told a story about the Major Arcana cards of the tarot. If you have ever wondered about the practical applications to life of the Major Arcana Cards, this book shows them in action. A must read for the 'tales from the occult thrill seekers' and the burgeoning reader alike.
