With this audio course we managed to learn the basics of the french language during the summer holidays, we enjoyed it very much.We also did the italian audio course, which was as good. Great for travelling and being able to communicate and manage daily.

I bought this for a relativeand although the service and quality of the product is good she says it goes on too fast for a complete beginner to keep up so she has to keep stopping the CD' I am tryin to find a set more suitable for a complete beginner'

I did surprisingly well in France this summer having used this course this summer.I like the way you can dip in an out easily and listen to native speakers.

Only two CDs in, but I am enjoying this. I am a slow learner so being able to go back as often as I like and listen again to pronunciation is a help.The teaching method is pleasant and not overly formal, the idea is to learn enough French to manage most aspects of social interaction so no writing or complicated sentences. I think it would be a good way to start and then move on to a more comprehensive study.

I bought this with the mindset to learn French , something really passionate about.Good product step by step learning stages.my only build would be that at times I became unengaged with the tone of voice on recording.

As someone who is learning French for the very first time, I found the information to be concise and easy to digest. It’s particularly useful for those looking to travel to France for a short holiday.Happy with the purchase!

although this is a very good french course I think there is a problem with the booklet that comes with it. The numbering of the tracks are wrong so when I go back to find (example Unit 7 track 35 ) the disc says Unit 7 track 10. Not sure if I am reading it right but I think I am. So I do have to waste a bit of time trying to find the right track, very confusing but nevertheless a very good course.

I got it and I am happy with it.

This set is for beginners with the language.

The French Audio Course is excellent not only for beginners but for those of us who need to review and practice key phrases. The pace quickens as you go through all the lessons but never too fast and there are clear explanations when necessary. Listening and repeating while driving is a great way to build oral confidence.
