I’m looking for ancho chillie powder to make my own chorizo sausages. this is called ‘sweet’ ancho, so not sure if it’s what i need. does anyone know?

We found this to be bitter when we used to make a sauce for enchiladas. It was unpleasant and we threw it away. There was no hint of sweetness at all and I couldn’t recommend this for use in any recipe

how many grams are in this tub?

55 grams in the pack that I bought.
