It’s hard to describe how good this is compared to any previous shop bought spice mix / paste / sauce. The depth of flavour is incredible and, unlike other products, the overriding flavour is not just cumin, it’s a perfect blend of coriander, clove, cardamom and more. Adding the recommended additions of fresh ginger and garlic only makes it better and I have found adding a full tin of tomatoes and letting it simmer on low until thickened is perfect. Most importantly my partner and daughter, not fams of curry at all, have really enjoyed the mild options, khulna and makhani especially have barely any spice heat but such a rich aromatic flavour and all three of us love it. Highly recommend if you are looking for that curry flavour outside of a restaurant. Never had to add salt or any seasoning, quite perfect as they are. I’ve bought 4 of these to date, three for Christmas gifts and they have gone down very well. Will be buying regularly. You can add whatever you like, and no need to measure and mix spices. Makes it quick and easy to make an authentic sauce.

Tried all but the Naga so far, They are utterly delicious curry sauce mixes that you add your own main ingredients to.I make veg curries by choice. I just add in 600g to 900g of veg stuff, spuds, beans, peppers, peas, sweetcorn etc.Each spice mix gives a different result, some are hot though they say medium, some are very aromatic. All have been brilliant.So easy to create a sauce too. Onion, garlic and ginger are all you need to make that base sauce then add 'stuff'!

These were brought for me as a gift as i love Indian cooking and make a lot of Indian curries from scratch.These were amazing for those nights when you just don't have the time to do it all from scratch without compromising on quality and taste.This still had a depth of taste with layers rather than being one dimensional.I really enjoyed the 5 of them that i have cooked do far, so much so that i have ordered this as a gift for another friend.I'd recommend these
