Yes. I have a 2011 Cadillac CTS that calls for 89021184 in the owners manual, and used this fluid in it. That part # is no longer available for whatever reason, and this fluid is definitely compatible.

Q: was going to put this in an LML hydroboost truck, for the steering. what should the brake side of the hydroboost get?

The brake fluid container should have a label, stamped on the top lid, which states the specific type of fluid required for the hydraulic brake system.

Q: AC Delco's Website says this fits the 2002 Tahoe. Amazon says it does not. What's the deal?

If you still have the owners manual, check there. It should give you the correct AC Delco part number. While Amazon is good, it doesn't always give you correct information. Always check the AC Delco website, gm parts direct, or even Rockauto for part numbers.
