Q: Does this work with pasteurized milk?

Most people say no but I haven’t tried it. I live on a dairy farm so I have a practically endless supply of raw milk. Ask around at local farms. Be aware It’s going to take a LOT of milk to make a little cheese it’s harder to make a small batch I wouldn’t start with less than 5gallons.

Q: Poor or no instructions for making small amount. How much of this packet to use in 2 liters of milk to make cheese?

Impossible to know how much to use on 2 liters since the entire amount is for 100 l. I never used it. Bought another brand in Fall River, Mass
