The mochi is good. The ice cream is tasty. You can taste the real pistachio along with the almond extract giving a great pistachio flavor. You're getting what you're looking for if you want a pistachio mochi ice cream.

Nicely chewy, but limited pistachio flavor
Just as delightfully chewy as any of the other Bubbies mochi flavors. However, the sweet mochi wrapping obscured the lighter flavor of the pistachio ice cream. I’ll buy Bubbies mochi again in future, but probably not the pistachio flavor.

Perfect mochi
I’ve tried others, but Bubbies makes the best mochi so far! I’m particular to the pistachio flavor. I love nuts in my ice cream and this flavor does not disappoint!

Delightful flavor
I really enjoyed the taste and flavor. I would say let it sit for a minute or so... I remember when I tried mochi a while ago I didn’t get the whole idea and now I think it’s a perfect way of eating ice cream 🍨🥰
