Smooth set

Great key pad
Acedada is an excellent company. I am currently using this keypad on my Macbook Pro 2019, it is working great. The keypad is simple and quick to respond.

Mouse is crap
You would think that with this product being one of the most expensive combos on Amazon, it would perform the best. Not true. The keypad works fine, but the mouse is crap. It skips all over the place, I have to bang it on the pad to get it to connect/engage, and it takes 2-3 clicks to open a link or register a click.

The receiver isn’t in either battery compartment.

Great Customer Service After Product Defect!
I had purchased this combo for work. After a month, I had issues with both the mouse and keypad. I had reached out to their customer service for support. They were quick to respond and resolve the situation. Not only did they refund the amount in full, they also sent a replacement.

Keypad doesn’t last long
I’ve had this for less than a year and the keypad is shorting out. When I first turn it on, it’ll work for a few minutes but then the - symbol goes crazy and I have to turn it back off. The mouse works great still. Disappointed about the keypad considering it makes working on my laptop with numbers a lot easier. Wouldn’t buy this one again.
