I don't know what you are honestly meant to practice on the hand. I wanted to practice gel on it but it doesn't stick to it well. I tried to use shellac to practice too and that didn't work too. Maybe I just go the wrong practice hand for what I need it, if someone has any suggestions I would be grateful.
