I drilled holes at the bottom of each case to run the cables. The alternative would be to run the cable through the front door gap and to the back of the case, which to me is unacceptable. I therefore had to extend the wire length for the top two LED strips. Addditonally, the copper strands double the amount of strands when compared against the CEFranks. With that said it is sufficient to power the LEDs without any issues. This also provides greater flexibility to route and bend wires as necessary. With everything considered, I’d buy again if needed. Easy to install. I used these on my IKEA Detolf display case since I saw photos of it here in the reviews. My only negatives are that the adhesive is too strong and also it isn’t a perfect fit to use all 4 in a Detolf case. Once you put it on the glass you really can’t get it off, so be prepared. I was a little disappointed that the only way to use all 4 is to have one wire at the bottom of the Detolf case come out through the front as it barely reached. I’m going to stick with three instead of the 4th. Still bright enough.
