This product was perfect for my laundry room shelf. I had an issue with leaking detergent getting all over the shelf and eating away at the paint, and it was really difficult to clean. I wanted something solid to line the shelf so that if I ever have another issue, I can remove the liner, hose it down, and replace it. This liner truly lies flat even when it's first unrolled, making it very easy to measure out. The grid lines make cutting a breeze. I used a box cutter and it went through the liner with no effort. I was able to make the cutout for the plug with the liner in place with a few simple cuts. The liner isn't too thick so it doesn't take up a lot of space, but it does have some cushion and grips whatever sits on top of it nicely. I think it only took me about 10 minutes to go from opening the package to putting all my items back on the shelf. It looks great. I have plenty of liner left for another shelf but would definitely buy this again if I needed more!

Great material as advertised and similar to other brands, soft, tacky enough to keep tools still. Love it. I got another brand as a gift (16"x16ft) and worked out great, that one cut square.AS OTHERS HAVE STATED, this brand is cut ever so crooked (like a lattice defect) AND IS NOT FULL 18in (just under).Use a fabric table or square to guide your cuts. Cuts easy don't worry. Overall great product, but quality control could be better. Happy purchase overall for price and material qual.

I bought a used Craftsman tool chest that had ancient dirty shelf liner inside. Bought a roll of this shelf liner and it worked great. Cuts easily, lays flat, sufficiently thick, just wide enough for the deepest drawers. However, as many have said, be warned it isn't a full 18" wide. It's perhaps a quarter inch shy of that width. Still sufficient for my needs. Attached photo shows the tool chest all polished up with the new shelf liner installed.

Incredible product. It's is thicker than the typical foam. It rivals the ones you get with highend toolboxes. Easy to cut with the built-in grid pattern in the rubber material. You can use either side. Very protective of any item you place on it. Lays flat, it stays in place once cut to size. Highly recommend

Purchased to use on top of and on side shelf of tool cart. Works well and protects paint on tool cart along with providing a good work surface. Easy to trim ro size required.

Nice for your tool box. good size and easy to cut. This is also a good quality material to provide nonslip for your tools and tool box protection. I used this on my 3 draw mobile toolbox so the tools did not slide around.
