Sunficon is a very good substitite for the pricy RoHo.
Sunficon has doubled my comfortable sitting time. The pump does a good job inflating the cushion to my desired pressure, needing a little topping up every two days.

I thought the pump comes with cushion? And I noticed the cushion outside of the bag it should come in. Weird?

Best seat cushion
Very comfortable! I have purchased several cushions from gel cushions to Klaudena cushions and the Sunficon air cushion is the most comfortable.

Relieves Lower Back Pressure from Sitting All Day Long!
My physician recommended this. He suggested a ROHO cushion; however, the cost was overwhelming! I purchased the SUNFICON Air Seat Cushion instead, and it works PERFECTLY! The inflatable option allows me to adjust the pressure amount, which helps with my pain relief! I recommend it to anyone who has lower back issues and has to sit at a desk all day long!

hard as a rock
If you inflate this so it has enough air to support your weight it is rock hard. If you put less air in it it just goes flat. It may be ok for a young person who wants a cushion for a sports event but not for someone who is in a wheelchair and has sensitive skin. it is a waste of money.
