Lint Galore!!
I was VERY shocked after washing/drying this how much Lint it had. I had to change my lint trap every 5 minutes!! Literally! I was surprised I had a blanket left!!If you buy this, be sure to shake it out/beat well (preferably outside or somewhere you can sweep/vacuum it up afterward BEFORE placing in washer. I have lint still in subsequent loads of wash/drying. I am still getting this lint in the trap from my loads after washing this.Other than the most lint I have ever seen in my life. (it would have filled a quart sized baggie with the amount I got) it is soft and comfy. A bit lightweight for a cotton blanket that thick but it works for what I need it for.

Very soft and cozy, perfectly lightweight BUT shrinks in wash quite a bit
After reading all the reviews, I knew to wash on delicate and dry on low. I knew to expect all the fuzz and lint (so much fizz and lint, check it frequently to empty the lint trap). But I was shocked at just how much it shrank even using low heat and I didn’t even let it go to all the way dry. Like it went from hanging well over the edges of my king bed and able to tuck in to not being able to tuck in at all and barely hanging over the edge. Having said all that, I did not have any of the issues with snags and threads. At least not yet. Some mentioned that showing up right away after washing. The color is just what I was expecting. It’s cozy and I can tell it’s just what I will need for the warmer temps. Warmer than a sheet but not quite as warm as a regular blanket. So all in all despite it not quite fitting properly I do like it a lot so far

Love the size
If you want a cotton blanket for a king to California King then this is a good one. Very heavy duty. When you wash the first time expect a large amount of lint in the dryer. For a cotton blanket it is extremely warm so be advised. You may have some snagging at first till you get used to it. We purchased an additional one a week later

Solid!
I am happy with this blanket! Just like other reviews my lint trap was FULL of teal fluff, but the blanket held up well in the wash. I didn't notice any holes like other reviews, but you can tell that this is a rushed product. There's a couple weird threads in places. For summer sleeping though I think we're going to love it! It's thin and soft. The color is hard to capture, it's really a teal but the photo of it on my bed looks really blue. It's like the teal that Gameboy Colors came in in the 90s/00s.

Broke My Dryer So Please Read BEFORE You Dry This as I Can Give You a Big Tip To Save Yourself!
I purchased this because I love Waffle style blankets here in the heat of Louisiana. They allow you to stay warm on cool nights, but also let the air breathe through them, so you don't overheat on warm nights. I knew already from reading tons of reviews, that this blanket sheds a lot the first couple times you wash it. So I was ok with that, as I experienced it with other fabrics in the past. Here is where we made a costly mistake that I blame on myself, not the manufacturer of the blanket. When my wife put it in the dryer, i told her to empty the lint trap as it sheds a lot. She checked the lint trap and it was only half full, so she chose not to empty it.Our lint trap is bigger than most peoples as we have an extra large, almost commercial size dryer. However, the amount of lint this blanket gave off, completely overfilled the lint trap, to the point where our dryer overheated and something blew inside of it. Now it will only stay on, if you hold down the start button. Soon as you let it go, it stops working. Repair man on the phone said it could be 3 different things, but all of them are caused by it overheating. I have to take it to him but he said it should not be a problem to fix. Just caused me the hassle of getting it out of my laundry room, loaded onto a trailer and driving it across town. Then having to reinstall it, as the space it's in, is very tight, so it's kind of a pain. The repair guy does make house calls, but it's basically an extra 75 bucks, on top of whatever parts and labor he charges to fix it.So if you don't want to have your dryer overheat, please please check and clean out your lint trap BEFORE drying this the first time. In fact, if I were you, I'd check the trap halfway during the drying process and empty it again, just to make 100% sure you don't have a problem. When people in the reviews say that it sheds a lot of lint, they are not joking! I pulled out huge wads of lint that was packed in so tight, I think it impeded the air flow through the dryer vent. I then used a tool to reach down into the bent area and there was more that the lint trap did not catch. Now as to the blanket itself. I actually love it! It's huge for one thing and I mean it is much bigger than my normal king size blankets. So if your sharing this with a loved one, you won't have to fight back and forth to cover both of you up. There is plenty of blanket to go around. Second, it is breathable material that won't let you get too hot in the summer, or if you have a foam mattress, as those tend to be slightly warmer than a normal mattress. I would certainly buy it again, just be extra careful washing and drying it. I know this may sound bad, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd take it to a laundry mat where they have those large commercial washers and dryers and I'd do it there for it's first wash and dry.Hope this saves a few people from dryer problems :)

Very comfy blanket
As I read the reviews I saw comments on the lint when in the dryer and the shrinkage. There was lint but not anything that was a problem. I cleaned the lint trap twice while it dried, not a problem.Shrinkage, it shrank a little but I purchased a queen size blanket for a queen bed and it still fits the bed great. All in all, it is a great light weight blanket and the color is beautiful. I just might buy one more.

Great Lightweight Blanket
We got this to use on our bed and it’s great for the hot weather area we live in. It’s light enough to keep us warm at night but still very comfortable. There is very little lint that comes off during the drying cycle and it stretches back out when placed back on the bed. It’s a little thicker that our Boll and Branch waffle blanket and I actually like this one better.

Top quality
This blanket is very well made, soft but heavy enough for some warmth. And very generously sized. I have an extra wide queen mattress and it’s still plenty wide enough and long enough for draping down the sides and tucking at the bottom. I ordered a second blanket for another bedroom.
