The circumference is much smaller than I thought, so pay attention to that when you're buying. I had one as a kid that was bigger. I thought that's what I was getting, but it's much smaller. I'm not complaining though, it works out better actually. It is for my 5-year old nephew who, naturally, has much smaller hands. The circumference of the ball is a pliable plastic. I thought that was cheap until I played with it and it actually makes it much easier to release the ball when it's stuck. Overall, that will change the longevity of the toy but it's still such a great little toy for cognitive and spatial development. Any complaints are negated by the $20 price tag.

The toy is very fun, but is a bit small for the amount you're spending. The quality of the toy is still well made.

We were very excited to receive this so quickly but the product seems defective. The small silver ball gets stuck often in multiple grooves and my son is constantly having to bang or shake the ball really hard to loosen the little ball from the place where it’s jammed. It’s like the tracks that are inside are too small.

This is one interesting little toy that is great quality. My kids sometimes toss it around and it has no damage, good quality plastic. It is an interesting puzzle game that keeps them busy for quite some time. A great break from playing with electronics and the price is not bad!

Keeps you and your kids intrigued for long periods of time. The ball itself arrived amazingly, untouched, but the packaging took a LOT of beating. Box was beat up and ripped and not real well insulated for that kind of abuse. A little more packing around the item would be helpful. Impressed that the ball sustained no damage and I didn't have to send it back!

So, don't give this to a small child I think; I can see this being easily pulled apart by unknowing hands. But this is a fun puzzle! Solved the one route, but the middle road eludes everyone in the household currently.

A fun idea, poorly executed. Looks great at first, but it’s so poorly constructed that it makes it nearly impossible to complete. The ball gets stuck all over the place on little plastic knobs sticking out, and the imperfections make it impossible to get down certain paths. IF I could do it again, I would not purchase it.

We have a challenge in our family to see who can get the furthest. It's been a bit of change up to a lot of screen time.
