It’s a product I’ve used for a while no surprises

These are without a doubt the best vitamins I've ever had. Been using them for many years, though until I started getting them on Amazon they can be tough to find in my area. People seem to get turned off by the "6" capsules per day. Don't let that throw you. I'm a basic garbage eating carnivore and 2 in the morning when I get up and 2 at night before I go to bed is all I need. A nice side effect I get from them is they really cut down on my sleep. As I noted I take a couple before going to bed and I wake up quite a bit earlier than I used to and really feel like taking on the day. Two more at breakfast (or what passes for it) and it really seems to knock out that afternoon crash that I used to get right after lunch. They just keep me clicking along. They take it pretty easy on my stomach when taking without food, too, though probably best to have a little bite of something. I've previously bounced around from one health food store food-based multi after another. Some Ok, some only marginal. The Ok ones always seem to cost an arm and a leg. Spectros smoke them all and with some frugal shopping you can get them for a fraction of what the other premium vitamins run.

I feel the difference when I can’t buy these. Much better when I take them.

I’ve been using Spectro for a few months as my daily vitamin. I feel it has worked out for me and even lowered the severity of a cold i caught which was going around in the workplace. I gave three stars because the product was sealed with plastic , which was resealed by a piece of tape. And the peel off cover over the vitamins wasn’t very secure. As if someone reglued it. This makes me hesitant about the quality of the product. I will probably buy from my location vitamin shop next time.

This product is not good. All inside capsule is broken.If you give me the another replace, I give you the five star otherwise I don’t like this vitamin I gave you one star
