I've tried every trick in the book to make poached eggs - swirling water, vinegar, desperate pleas to the egg gods... and always ended up with watery, misshapen blobs. Until now! This Stainless Steel Egg Poacher Pan is a game changer!First of all, the quality is fantastic. The stainless steel feels sturdy and well-made, and the pan heats evenly on my induction cooktop. The non-stick cups are truly non-stick. The eggs slide out effortlessly, even without greasing them. This is a huge win for cleaning.Speaking of cleaning, it's a breeze! A quick rinse and wipe, and it's good to go. I especially appreciate the large size of the cups. They easily accommodate large eggs without overcrowding.You just fill the pan with water, bring it to a simmer, crack the eggs into the cups, and cover. In a few minutes, you have perfectly poached eggs! They're beautifully round, with runny yolks and firm whites. No more egg white wisps floating around!This egg poacher has taken the stress out of breakfast (and brunch!). I've already made poached eggs for Eggs Benedict, Avocado Toast, and just plain enjoyment. If you love poached eggs but dread the process, this is the solution you've been looking for! I’ve tried a lot of pans for poaching eggs and this one is the best so far. The heat resistance allows the egg to cook to perfection. The egg is easily removable once cooked. It’s also easy to clean and the design is durable because it made from stainless steel. Very easy to use. Just put water in the bottom and boil. Crack your egg and let sit for several minutes. I lie to poach for around 5 minutes. This keeps it a little soft in the middle and the whites are completely cooked.

It works well but takes more than 3 minutes to get the whites cooked all the way. My old egg poacher had small holes in the bottom of the egg cups this one does not. I think that may be the reason it takes longer to cook.

I am very happy with this Egg Poacher. This is a sturdy, well-built, heavy in hand, old fashioned egg Poacher; as you can tell when you hold each component. The pot, the cover and the two egg Poachers’ all have a good and substantial feel. With a clear see through pot cover, you can also view the eggs cooking. It’s very easy to clean, and the egg cups have a non stick stoneware type finish covering/coating so nothing sticks to it. It's not teflon, but if you're not comfortable with the non stick coating, you could also replace these standard sized egg cups with plain stainless steel cups.I had almost perfect poached eggs four times already. “Almost perfect” because I need to get the egg timing down. I 'm glad I got the two egg Poacher Pan, instead of the four Egg Poacher Pan. Having just the two egg Poacher keeps out the the excess steam and any over flow of boiling water coming up from empty areas. It’s a more old-fashioned way to Poach eggs; with this pan especially when you see people using silicone or plastic looking material Poachers in boiling water or putting eggs in a microwave. If you feel more comfortable cooking eggs on a stove top, then this egg Poacher just might be for you.

This pan is amazing! It is perfect for copycats Starbucks egg bites. The only difference between these and Starbucks is that these are bigger and cheaper to make at home. Seriously!! Try it!!It also works well for Eggs Benedict. Don’t mind the copious amount of hollandaise sauce. I’m kind of obsessed.Another perk- We are a family of 6 and I can whip up breakfast sandwiches for all 6 of us in about 12 minutes using this pan.It is easy to clean, the little spatula works great to loosen the egg so that it poops right out of the little cups.People complain that the handle is hot but just slid a pot handle holder on to it and call it a day.I hardly ever write reviews so for me to write this says a lot about the product.

I have used it several times now and had some issues.The handle is made of somes stinky plastic when it get near a flame. I have a gas stove and don't recommend getting this pan. I switched to using this pan on electric stove top (portable) to cook two eggs.The cooking of the eggs works great, no sticky issues so far (about 10 uses) with the non stick surface.The whole pan does break down to a compact package which is good to take it on the go.
