Would it be any good if your side sleeper ?

You don’t sleep with this on to be honest. My wife puts this on before bed on sleep mode to relax her before sleeping.

Does the massager massages the eye lids? Or does it skip the eye lids and massage around?

A bit of both depends on the settings though. More of a vibration over the lids, as pressure would be bad.

How do the buttons work, they don’t seem to press down

Press it for 3-5 seconds to turn on/off. Short press to change massage mode.

Can you use this with eyelash extensions? First world problem i know 🙈

It is recommended to remove your eyelash extensions while using it.
