The Sky Remote arrived very promptly the morning after I ordered. It seemed to be working great until I tried to change the volume. Couldn’t go louder, quieter or mute. I contacted Amazon and they sent another one out to me which arrived the day after. This one worked perfectly. Thank you Amazon for your support.

Great bit of kit, more expensive then the knock offs, but well worth the money.

Works fine but not Duracell batteries included. Kodak batteries supplied.

Volume stopped working after a few weeks .sorry it just needed resetting

Good remote replacement. Works with my Sky Q box after original remote packed up with something rattling loudly inside! Delivery messed up however. This is the second item this week for me. It was delivered on Nov 3 which was excellent. However my order page still says "Not Delivered - may be delivered on Nov 6". Amazon.ie seem to have a problem.

Avevo richiesto il telecomando originale ma mi è arrivato uno compatibile. Vedo se rimandarlo indietro. Ho contattato l’assistenza per risolvere il problema in quanto il telecomando non era perfettamente funzionante. Ho parlato anche in video chiamata a con la signora Maria dell’assistenza che gentilmente è stata disposta dopo aver verificato l’effettivo malfunzionamento dello stesso a cambiarmelo. Mi è arrivato oggi il nuovo e funziona perfettamente. Una speciale menzione proprio la signora Maria che è stata gentilissima con me.
