There's not a lot of say about a probiotic! I've tried several brands, and I like this one best. (It also has a very slight stool-softening effect, which may or may not be a benefit or a concern to you.) You might give it a try and compare to your past purchases. I'll always order this one. mb

My son was having a bunch of stomach issues- diarrhea, cramps, etc. Went to Dr. And ran all kinds of tests including for Crones disease and found nothing. Friends of ours who are kind of health food nuts recommended taking probiotics. I'm Not really into the natural remedy scene but figured we would give it a try. He started taking these once or twice a day and still has symptoms sometimes but they are much much less than what it used to be. I'm no doctor and I'm not sure if the pills actually work or if it's some kind of placebo effect but either way the outcome has been good. This particular brand is nice because they are chewable and they are inexpensive.

I have been using this for over 2 years. they were recommend to me by my cousin who is a RN./MSN. Even when i have to take antibiotics. which for women can cause yeast infection if you on them for a long period of time. Never had a problem and never got one. Yes they have to be kept in the fridge which is not a issue. Soon as i open in the fridge in the mornings to make coffee or breakfast i take one right then and start my day. NEVER a inconvenience.

I have celiac disease and IBS, these probiotics are a life saver. The only down side is they must be refrigerated. I can take it at any time of the day and excessive cramps, bloating and/or flatulence are minimal to none. I’ve recommended it to my friends. Not one has been disappointed.- Satisfied customer
