Purchased May of this year… It has already stopped working. Will not be buying again.This pad is a dream if you have horrific period cramps. This pad heats up within a minute and the light pressure allows for even dispersement of heat (whether on stomach or lower back). Big enough to wrap around most elbows or knees and has a convenient shut off time. Other reviewers: please read the packaging. You turn the pad off by holding down any button on the remote for 3-5 seconds. It also automatically shuts off after about 2 hours.

I use this mainly for myself, cramps and keeping warm in the winter. It’s small but does the job. Cats will love it too. The timer is good as well, no issues. Fast to warm up.

Worked great until it didn't! Suddenly all lights started blinking and it stopped heating. Tried to reset it, still did not working. Five year warranty? What does that mean??? Where? How?

For decades, I used the conventional heating pads with the thin felt cover. They're getting harder to find on Amazon now, though, since someone in China made one like this and sold the idea to about a million other Chinese sweatshops.First one didn't even turn on. I arrived home from the hospital after kidney surgery to discover it was a dud straight out of the box.Second one died within days.Third one (this one) worked for part of ONE DAY.They're not all the same brands, but what they have in common is the soft plush flexible pad -- the "blanket style" pads. Yes, they look pretty, but they DON'T WORK!I'm absolutely done. Save yourself time and money and go with the Sunbeam brand. It's not sexy, but it will work for years. (Unless, like me, you try to use it in Amsterdam and melt the whole thing LOL.) The cheapest Sunbeam is around 12 bucks, but for a couple dollars more you can get the model with the auto shut-off (a must).Amazon, stop selling this Chinese garbage with all of the weird temporary brand names!

I own a total of three of these. I have one at my office and I actually have two at home. One upstairs and one downstairs.I also had a co-worker buy one for her deskIt has an auto shut off after a certain amount of time. I can't remember how long it is.And three heat settings. It's an extra large heating pad so it's not like the small ones that are a size of a piece of paper. Definitely worth it and they are not that much more than a regular size heating pad

there weren’t many reviews on this heating pad but I took a chance anyway and I have been extremely happy with the results. This heating pad is weighted on the edges and does provide enough downward pressure. It has three temperature control settings that will turn off in two hours. It is super soft and the heat is distributed evenly throughout. Are use it to warm my bed before I get in and it has really helped with helping me sleep better. The only thing that is a little bit difficult is detaching the electrical cord from the pad but with a little bit of elbow grease it can be done. I normally don’t write product reviews but the owner of the company sent me a personalized letter thanking me for purchasing his product. Our family is also military and my husband comes from the same hometown which gives me more satisfaction and comfort when I use the heating pad .

I loved this heating pad. It gets hot. As another reviewer wrote, "it worked perfectly until it didn't."I had ordered 2 other type of heating pads and had to return them because they never got hot enough -- only luke warm. The thicker edge of this heating pad didn't bother me. But then suddenly today, after 2 years, it stopped and started blinking. Our previous old heating pad had lasted for years and years, but not this one. What a disappointment. But even more disappointing was that it was impossible to call Amazon Customer Service. I could not find a Customer Service phone number.
