Best Tortilla Chips
I am very picky about tortilla chips so when I find a good brand, I like to share it with others. These chips are sooo yummy, I can’t stop eating them. I don’t know what it is that makes them so good but they are the only tortilla chips I eat now

Flavor has changed over the past several years
The White corn variety of Santitas used to be my favorite flavor among the main brands sold in Seattle. But the company doesn't seem to be able to keep the flavor consistent, probably due to crummy choices in oil. (Some soybean oils taste bad or bitter; and some cause really-bad gastric problems for some; while others may not do that.) I think it was probably better when it was made with oil or oils that were no soybean—but it's hard to be certain, due to other factors. (Companies need to learn to make flour tortillas without soybean oil, too. But that's another topic.) This chip also used to be the least expensive. It has gone up about 35% in the past few years (in a regular grocery store called Fred Meyer, from 2 to 2.69), as of 8/12/2023, in the Seattle, WA area.
