First thoughts the flavor was good, the energy was a nice little kick, felt nice and even throughout work out no peaks and valleys, decent pump..

Now that I'm over 40 I have to do something to try to remind everyone just how good I was at JV sports in high school. C4 extreme has given me just the edge I need to do that. I use one scope (dry of course) before I go into the gym and everyone knows I'm there. I want to believe it's because of my pump from the creatine and beta-alanine but honestly it might be because I'm coughing up red powder from dry scoping pre-workout and my knee high socks belong in the 90's. Regardless if you want the gym to know you are there this is the product for you!

Best one I've found so far both in taste and productivity I'm sure there is something in it that's not great for my health (what doesn't) I only take it as a pre workout and I believe it helps my son also takes it as a pre workout only a smaller portion more fitting for his size and weight
