It works.
I've only used the USB and ethernet connections on it and it works. I tried the HDMI connection once, but i don't think my HDMI to VGA cord was working with such an old monitor. I'll have to update my monitor to figure out if the HDMI port should work.It is as advertised.

Totally worth it
Easy to use. Totally worth the money. Only downside is that it has only 2 USB ports (surface only has 1 anyways) and if you need to plugin more devices, probably need to get a USB hub and connect to one of the ports.

Awesome adapter for my surface pro, can turn my surface pro into a desktop, and be able to read my camera’s sd card to edit photo! Worth the price

I already have a usb hub. This one is much neater. It is very convenient that it has six interfaces in one. I like it.
