This was a decent alternative as a protein source for me, as a Vegan. I encourage people to check out the ingredients to learn about them to see whether it's a good fit. I had no idea how many health benefits this combo contains. Just to let you know, though, it might take more than one container to fully notice any difference. The downside about natural products is they're often not a "quick fix", like people are used to in this country. The body takes its time to absorb nutrients. One drawback - it is - like everything else these days - expensive! But if you can afford it, worth it.

I am very happy with this multi variety green super foods capsule. I will continue to use them daily.
