This stuff works and is worth the money! I have a family history of high cholesterol. It seems no diet or exercise plan helps lower my cholesterol. In May my physician wanted to put me on a Statin since my cholesterol was at 262. I will NOT take prescription medication unless it is absolutely necessary. I asked my Dr. for some time to research and try a natural supplement. I found 1MD CholestMD, read the reviews and decided to try it for 3 months. I took 3 pills per day (recommended daily dosage) for 3 months then had my bloodwork taken. My cholesterol went from 262 to 199 (within normal range), Triglycerides went from 118 to 64,HDL 69 to 52, VLDL 24 to 13, LDL went from 169 to 134. My Dr. said that I did not have to go on a Statin!! To me, this supplement is worth the money and far better for your health than a mad made synthetic prescription drug. I am sure my results will continue to get better as I take it daily now. Try it!!

My doctor told me to try this product because I'm vegan. I like the product...but it makes the urine really smell. You will also see a greasy substance floating on top of the toilet water after urination.

I have been using this since my last annual physical in Oct. showed high cholesterol. Pills are big and I have had a couple of times I have had trouble to swallow them. I won't know how effective they are until my next physical.

After 30 days, my Total Cholesterol is down 30 points and my ldl 9 points. I am going to give it another four months, month to month as long as I continue to see a reduction. My issue with this supplement is the price and the bundled offers that make no sense. Two tablets a day are the required dose but the multi-purchase options would have you buy much more than the required dose in the same time. When I see my doc in October for my physical and the numbers have improved, it's time for a decision. I could go on any statin med for 90 days and spend less than this product costs. I encourage the company to look at reducing the price, especially in an economy that is going to press many people's budgets.

Hasn’t really helped

Product didn't lower cholesterol at all on its own. And for something as pricey as this is and as good as it claims to be, one would think it would have lowered it a little. I didn't exercise on this, but again, exercise alone without medications will help lower cholesterol and I was looking for something to assist or help that without exercising. Now I'm back to the gym and I'm on statins to get my cholesterol to come down. I do not recommend this product if someone has super high cholesterol as myself. Maybe once I get my cholesterol down enough, maybe this product might help. But again I seen no significant change in my cholesterol and I took it for 6 months. I believe it's snake oil sadly, don't waste your money.

In 2018 my labs indicated my cholesterol was starting to climb into the high range. In Nov 2022 my cholesterol readings were getting very high, my diet was not doing anything to bring the numbers down. I did not want to go onto big pharma statins, so I decided to try something natural instead. I ordered this CholestMD and began taking it on Nov the 15th. On March 23rd, 2023 I had another lipid panel and these are my results:Cholesterol Total 11/22 was 240, High. 03/23 Cholesterol Total is 209. Still high but improved.HDL (Good Cholesterol): 11/22 was 59, Good number. 03/23 is 49. Still good but a little lower.LDL (Bad Cholesterol): 11/22 was 149, Very High. 03/23 is 144. Still very high but improved.Triglycerides (Good to have some, Bad to have a lot) 11/22 was 179, Pretty high. 03/23 is 82. Huge improvement.So there it is. I think this product is helping me. I will run another lipid panel in 6 months or so and update my review at that time.
