Great knitting needles

I have been struggling with double pointed needles when I make socks for years then I ran into a pattern that called for a short circular needle. I had never seen one so I checked on Amazon, found these and thought I would give them a try. They are a little different to get used to, but once your hands adapt to them they are amazing. I got the US size 1 tips, but I am going to get tips in more sizes as soon as I can. Socks work up much more quickly than on double points and you don't drop stitches. These little needles are worth a lot more than what they charge for them.

These are working out great for knitting socks. I am using both cables with a short and long needle on each. ( two circular needles style).I really like the smooth join and sharp tip on ChiaoGoo needles.

Chiaogoo knitting needles are such high quality! I decided to try the 9” needles for socks and they are a game changer! There is a learning curve and great idea that one needle is longer than the other! Tried another brand with both needles only 2” but that didn’t work. These have a 2” and a 3” needle. That changes everything. No cramping fingers and more control of the knitting!

I love that I could buy the size I needed for socks, without having to buy other needles that I would rarely use. I do have trouble tightening these enough to stay and I have to check them every so often since the circumference of the sock means I’m loosening them often.

Game changer!! I love the idea of 9” circulars but they kill my hands. I tried these with one 2” tip and one 3” tip. Holy crap that little bit more of needle to hang onto makes such a difference. I can whip through a pair of socks in no time now. I’m ordering another pair!

I am knitting many socks for christmas, oulthought these might facilitate completion of these projectstips do not tighten sufficiently and fall off mid rows.
