Easy setup - excellent function
Just as described. excellence condition you would not know that it wasn’t New. The tablet is in full working order very fast good enough battery and very well priced. The screen size is decent it was very easy to set up. I would recommend.

Even though its refurbished the quality of the screen was good and the housing had very little signs of wear, only problem is battery life but that’s to be expected.

iPad arrived safely - bought as a present and not delivered yet to the recipient.Why did you choose this product over others?:A sensible price and should suit the recipient who wants to watch Sky so with the iOS updates it should last a while.

Avoid avoid avoid
Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this iPad....1st they sent and whatever we did wouldn't charge at all..contacted Amazon sent me a replacement ....don't take their excellent quality words the 1st was badly scratched and had battery issued..the replacement has a scratched back and a large mark looking like something has been stuck over it for sometime BUT now the second one has battery issues taking forever to charge and if I try use while charging it starts making a chime noise and some sessions turns off......I won't be getting a third now after all this crapJust have to contact Amazon now to see what the hell they will say and do...

Great
Bought for my mum to replace a very old and very slow laptop. She is happy using it, she is 68 and it’s easier for her to use an iPad rather than a laptop. Screen size is good, she spends a lot of time on her phone (Pinterest) so this although smaller than her old laptop is still big enough to browse internet, use YouTube, and enjoy using it. Very straightforward to set up. I just had to create an Apple account for her to be able to download apps etc because this is her first Apple product.It looks good, I haven’t noticed any scratches and only thing which would indicate it’s a second hand iPad was that it didn’t arrive in its original box. I have one at home but who needs boxes. I bought a good cover instead.First thing upon receiving, I wanted to check the state of the battery (should be over 80% to be classed as very good) so I downloaded an app on my laptop and indeed it was 81.2%.Happy with the product and would recommend.
